The manager was warm, polite, and very helpful. Gave us a mobile phone to contact Marco anytime. Arranged a cab to a nightclub and ensured our return. Offered advice on tours and introduced us to a not-for-profit rehabilitation scheme. The riad was stunning and well-positioned. We felt safe and at home with the friendly staff. The food was phenomenal and the owner went above and beyond to help with our requests.

Stunningly beautiful Riad, was excellent. Warm, polite, and helpful staff. Excellent service with a personal touch. Amazing food and dining experience. Really good owner, were very good. Well-positioned for access to Marrakech. Relaxing and pampering hammam experience. A true home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms and common areas always super clean. The hotel facilities were great, from the beautiful pool area to the lovely rooftop. We also appreciated the convenient parking available for our rental car. The hotel's location near the local market was perfect for exploring and immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. what stood out was the staff. They were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring our every need was taken care of.

Luxurious and Relaxing Stay in the Heart of the City This hotel provides an exceptional and luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as the stunning indoor swimming pool, sun terrace and spa centre. the body scrub, massage, and facial treatments exceeded my expectations. the restaurant provided a range of delicious food options, including special diet menus and a snack bar. the private facilities were particularly impressive in this serene and comfortable venue.
Minor Issue While the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the lack of a leisure/TV room was a minor downside for me. this hotel exceeded my expectations, providing luxurious, relaxing and comfortable accommodation.
